These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cx77 ("cx77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cx77 platform — including the website at cx77.bet, the cricket betting section, the live casino, the slots lobby, the cashier and all associated features — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cx77 platform. Continued use of cx77 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Access to and use of cx77 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cx77 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. cx77 employs age verification procedures and will suspend any account where the registered player is found to be below the minimum age.
• You are accessing cx77 from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative or proxy for any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through cx77 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You have not previously had a cx77 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active cx77 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your cx77 account you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred payment method details. cx77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the information you provide at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your cx77 account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, all bonuses claimed and all withdrawal requests submitted — regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by a third party who gained access to your account.

You must keep your cx77 login credentials — including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. You must not share your cx77 account credentials with any other person. cx77 will not be liable for any losses, disputes or claims arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must notify cx77 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• cx77 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your cx77 account or any funds, bonus credits or loyalty points held within it to any other person.
• cx77 reserves the right to require identity re-verification at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests.
• Dormant accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of up to PKR 500 per month, applied to the remaining account balance. cx77 will notify the registered email address before applying any such fee.

All financial transactions on the cx77 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cx77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay and USDT TRC20. cx77 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits made through any supported method. Third-party transaction fees charged by your payment provider remain your responsibility.

Deposits: Deposits via EasyPaisa and JazzCash typically settle in your cx77 balance within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL and Meezan Bank are processed on the same business day when initiated during banking hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the standard network confirmation period applicable to the TRC20 blockchain.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your cx77 account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount on cx77 is PKR 500. The maximum single withdrawal amount is subject to your current cx77 account tier and VIP level.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to an EasyPaisa or JazzCash wallet are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• cx77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request where anti-money laundering or fraud prevention obligations require it.
• Funds deposited on cx77 must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested, even in the absence of any active bonus. This single-wagering requirement exists solely for payment processing integrity purposes.

cx77 offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All cx77 promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all cx77 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from the wagering of bonus funds, once the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full, are transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance.
• Standard wagering requirements on cx77 bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The exact requirement for each bonus is stated in its individual terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports betting and live casino bets typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Slot games contribute at the rate specified in the promotion terms. Table games such as roulette and blackjack may have reduced contribution rates.
• Bonuses on cx77 have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit — within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Unused bonus funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited on expiry.
• cx77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a player claiming it, and to amend the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice.
• Multiple accounts, use of third-party funds, systematic abuse of bonus offers and bonus hunting strategies are all prohibited. cx77 may void bonus winnings and close accounts where such behaviour is identified.

All bets placed on cx77 — whether on cricket, other sports, live casino games or slot titles — are subject to the specific rules published for each market or game type within the cx77 platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for the purposes of that specific wager.

The following general rules apply to all cx77 betting and gaming activity:

• Once a bet is confirmed on cx77 it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a Cash Out option has been made available for that specific market and the player elects to use it before the applicable deadline.
• cx77 reserves the right to void any bet where it was accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error, a technical fault or any other circumstance that would make enforcement of the bet patently unfair to either party.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or otherwise does not reach a natural conclusion, cx77's specific sport rules governing void bets and settlement will apply. Players are advised to review these rules before placing wagers on events that may be subject to weather or other external disruption.
• All casino games and slot titles on cx77 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by cx77's software providers are independently audited for fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual slot games are available within each game's information panel.
• cx77 is not responsible for any interruptions to your internet connection or device performance that affect the outcome of a live bet or casino session. Bets that have been fully confirmed by cx77's systems prior to any connection interruption will stand.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cx77 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. cx77 will take immediate action — including account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances — against any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with casino games or manipulate cx77 systems in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, game glitches or loopholes in the cx77 platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market on cx77.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports corruption in connection with events on which you have placed bets through cx77.
• Using cx77 for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal purpose.
• Providing false identity information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Registering or operating more than one cx77 account.
• Allowing or facilitating access to cx77 by a person under the age of 21.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in bad faith after using the deposited funds for betting or gaming on cx77.

All content on the cx77 platform — including but not limited to the cx77 brand name and logo, website design, software, game graphics, odds data, text, images, video streams and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of cx77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cx77 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any cx77 content without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any cx77 software.
• Use the cx77 name, logo or branding in any third-party context without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract odds data, game data or any other content from the cx77 platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cx77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the cx77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling losses incurred through normal use of cx77.
• Technical failures, server outages or connectivity issues that prevent access to cx77 or disrupt a gaming session.
• Delays in deposit settlement or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including EasyPaisa, JazzCash or any Pakistani bank.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes that are the result of manifest technical faults, where cx77 exercises its right to void the affected bets.

cx77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cx77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cx77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The collection, use, storage and protection of your personal data by cx77 is governed by the cx77 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms you also agree to the cx77 Privacy Policy.

cx77 collects personal data — including identity documents, payment details, betting history and device information — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and service improvement. cx77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

cx77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all cx77 account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts directly from your cx77 account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

cx77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account and terminate your access to the cx77 platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if cx77 has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in any prohibited conduct described in Section 7, or if continued provision of services to you would expose cx77 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Upon termination of your cx77 account:

• Any real-money balance remaining in your account — after deduction of any applicable outstanding obligations — will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided that the termination was not triggered by a finding of fraud, money laundering or material breach of these Terms.
• All bonus funds, free bet credits and loyalty points in your account at the time of termination are immediately forfeited regardless of the reason for termination.
• cx77 retains the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation into potential prohibited conduct.
• You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cx77 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

cx77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cx77 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the cx77 platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using cx77 and may request account closure as described in Section 12. Continued use of cx77 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the regulations of the jurisdiction under which cx77 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and cx77, you should first contact cx77 customer support with a full description of your complaint. cx77 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of cx77's internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in cx77's licensing documentation.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
